Last week, students, alumni, and faculty came together at the 2nd annual Entrepreneurship Summit. Everyone was excited to share ideas and knowledge while making valuable connections. On top of the countless networking opportunities, there were several intriguing panels covering topics from bootstrapping to social media. The Student Pitch Competition gave us the chance to get ideas out there and hear feedback from alums. The final day of the Summit also featured interviews by alumni from start-up companies looking to hire. It was an excellent opportunity to get a leg up in the internship search. The whole Summit was planned, organized and managed by students in the Venture Club, and it was an outstanding experience.
